Numbering formats

The assembler supports the following numbering formats:

Decimal: 10, 2939d, etc.
Octal: 0o237, 0o2332, etc.
Binary: 0000000010001000b, 1111111101010101b, etc.
Hexadecimal: 0x1000, 0x3FF, etc.
